Event Space Request

God has given us an amazing facility and we want to help you maximize its potential as we seek to provide outreach. Please note: The Director of Ministries must approve all events before they are scheduled. Please do not promote

(advertise an event/activity unless you have received approval in writing).

Information for Requesting Space (Rooms/Areas)

To request space in the church, see Barbara True in the administrative office, she will assist you in the process. All events are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis provided they do not conflict with previously scheduled events.

Recurring events may be scheduled for the current calendar year only. Renewal for recurring events will take place in October of each year.

One-time (non-recurring) events must be scheduled a minimum of 30 days in advance.
Ministries must submit the name of the individual authorized to open and close the building on the date of the event.

The set-up, clean up of the room/space is the responsibility of the ministry.
If you need the assistance of other ministries, please complete the “Ministry Support Request Form”

All rooms/areas & space must be cleaned and returned to their original set-up immediately following the event. Space & room availability is determined by the church administrative office.

Failure to clean and return the room to its original set-up immediately following the event could result in suspension of future usage privileges.
ALL activity in the building must be completed and the building clear by 10:00pm.

(Please note: The church does not schedule events for the Cultural Center)
(parental consent forms must be completed for those under the age of 18)
